Booking Terms

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all direct bookings through The Glamping Butler. Bookings through Outdoorsy or RVshare are subject to their respective platform policies.

Payment

  • 50% deposit due at booking confirmation to secure your dates.
  • Remaining 50% due 30 days before your departure date.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure are charged in full at booking.
  • Payment is collected via PayPal invoice — you’ll receive a link by email after your inquiry is confirmed.
  • All major credit/debit cards accepted through PayPal. No account required.

Cancellation — Strict

  • Grace period: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking confirmation (departure must be 7+ days away) or within 1 hour if departure is fewer than 7 days away.
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the rental amount.
  • 30 days or fewer before departure: No refund. Guest is responsible for 100% of the rental amount.
  • Delivery fees and add-ons (bedding package, tent extension, etc.) are always fully refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
  • If The Glamping Butler cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

No experience needed. We provide a thorough walkthrough of the hitch setup, towing tips, and any Airstream systems before you hit the road. The Tundra TRD and Basecamp 20X are matched specifically for easy, confident towing.

During peak season (June through Labor Day), we recommend booking 4–8 weeks out, especially for weekend dates. Shoulder season and weekday bookings are usually easier to accommodate on shorter notice.

We serve campgrounds throughout the Roaring Fork Valley including Difficult Campground (near Aspen), Weller Lake, Lost Man, Bogan Flats, and many others along Highway 82. We can also deliver to private land. Contact us with your specific location and we'll confirm feasibility.

We handle everything: towing to your site, leveling, connecting water and power (where available), setting out camp chairs and accessories, a full walkthrough of all systems, and return pickup and breakdown at the end of your stay.

Base rates start from $164–$229/night. When you book direct, we send a custom proposal based on current Outdoorsy or RVshare pricing with a 10–15% discount built in — no platform fees, and you get a personal point of contact throughout your booking.

Yes — the Basecamp 20X is four-season capable with a heated interior. We offer winter rentals near Aspen, perfect for ski season. Campsite access varies depending on snow conditions; we'll help identify the best options for your winter dates.
